Mamtha Mohandas goes to give orders as a boss to Dileep, not in real life but in Reel life. The film named as 'MY BOSS', written & directed by Jeethu Joseph. Along with Mamtha and Dileep, the film includes Nedumudi Venu, Salim Kumar, Sai Kumar, Ganesh Kumar, Lena etc. in star cast and produced by East Coast Vijayan under the banner of him East Coast Productions.

'My Boss' is Director Jeethu Joseph's Third film, after the films 'Detective' and 'Mummy & Me', were well at the Box Office. The film produced by East Coast Vijayan who introduced the non-film music albums in South Film Industry and being as a lyricist of his own production albums Ninakkayi, Aadyamayi, Ormakkayi, Inniennum, Ennennum and Swantham. Vijayan produced and directed two films in Malayalam 'Novel' and 'Mohabbath'.
'My Boss' portraying the story of the relationship between occurring a Boss and an employee who were living in different traits. 'Charming' Mamtha Mohandas performs as 'Boss' and 'Janapriyanayakan' Dileep as her 'Employee'. 'My Boss' has good technical fields and the film is due for release in 2012.
