MALLUSINGH - Review

Hai Viewers,

Suchlike full-fledged commercial entertainer set pieces 'Pokkiriraja' and 'Seniors', director Vysakh again presenting a new film 'Mallusingh' released recently. The film has multi-star cast including Unnimukundan, Kunchako Boban, Biju Menon, Manoj.K.Jayan, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Samvrutha Sunil, Rupa manjari, Meera Nandan etc. 'Mallusingh' received mostly mixed reviews with good opinions.

Story
Hari(Unnimukundan) and Ani(Kunchako Boban) are friends from their childhood days and also Hari's marriage fixed with Ani's sister Aswathi (Samvrutha sunil). But unexpected incidents impel the flee of Hari. Ani decides to find Hari for the sake of their family's existence and later he meets Harinder singh aka Mallusingh in Punjab, because Mallusingh looks alike Hari and he wanted to make sure whether it is Hari or Mallusingh? It is the main plot.

Mallusingh - First and Second Half blended with entertaining factors Active Action and Comic sequences in illogical story and the movie has more than a little grotesque and unaffected humour dialogues. However, the film deviates from negative aspects, because of the making style

Unni Mukundan takes up the title-role 'Mallusingh'/'Hari',he impresses with his adorable performance mostly. He handles with impulsive style Action and Dance Sequences very well. The characters of Kunchako Boban, Manoj.K.Jayan, Biju Menon are just partake to soup-up MalluSingh's trademark and their performance are slight. The film's spruce comic numbers from Suraj's good performance and in the heroines Samvrutha Sunil's characters is valuable and Other Characters are mild.

Director Vysakh, expertly divides the shots and sequences of 'Mallusingh'. His 'Making Style' shows the ablaze ability to directing full fledged commercial entertainers. Specially, the film's Introduction scene of Unni Mukundan and Action Sequences are brilliant. Other Standouts are Mallusingh's Cinematography, Editing, Thrills and Music. Shaji captures the colourful visuals, especially the Outlook of Panjab and Mahesh Narayanan's editing is well built. The Action Movements of Kanal Kannan, resembles of some tamil films though it is well. M.Jayachandran's Music composition is graceful, specially the songs 'Cham Cham Chamakku...','Kinginikattu...' and 'Kakkamalayile...'. The film drawback is Sethu's Light Script and Gopi Sunder's Bg Music is vapid.
Totally, 'Mallusingh' is good Fiesta treatment and principally it is safe by Vysakh's Direction.
