'Rajadhiraja' - Review

'Rajadhiraja' specially made for Mass and only our Megastar 'Mammootty' show. The film is the debut directorial of Ajai Vasudevan and it has the stars Rai Lakshmi, Jojo, Sidique,Joy Mathew, Mukesh Khanna etc. It released in this Onam festival and opinions are mixed.

Story
Rajashekharan (Mammootty) who happily lives with his wife and daughter. He working as Petrol pump manager and also runs a restaurant business. One unexpected event happens his life that turns into crucial situations which makes Raja to turn back his historic past in Mumbai.

Movie Outlook
  • Story is fully resemblance of the Tamil movie, Rajnikanth starrer 'Baasha' and Sequences, only for Mass and it just worked out well.
  • Drawbacks: Unwanted turns which makes the Pace into lagging. Except the Interval before Scene, Other aren't effective.

Acting
  • Mammootty made a superb job in the role 'Rajashekharan / Raja'. His gestures and get up suit well.
  • Jojo performed well and he made his space in industry.
  • Other actors are good in their parts.

Technicalities
  • Direction is good.
  • Script nothing offers new.
  • Visuals, Editing, Bg scores are positives.

Rajadhiraja is an old wine in a new bottle.

Grade:  'Mammootty' heroism

Rating:  3 / 5
