Review - Kunjaliyan

Hai Viewers,

I watched the film Kunjaliyan with a lot of expectations but all are blow out. Saji surendran directs and Krishna poojapura scripts this film and the proved team create a slack experience for viewers. Jayasurya performs the title role and Ananya, Vijayaraghavan, Jagadeesh, Suraj venjaramoodu etc. plays the leading characters in this flick.

Story

Jayasurya plays as Jayaraman, who is a younger brother of 3 Covetous sisters and their husbands were precluded him from their house because he is an unemployed and a parasite. With great expectations he went to Gulf but after a certain months while he working there the country faced global recession and the authorities forced to send deport some of the employees including jayaraman. He was dissappointed and he has no brave enough to face his relatives because they will not approved him and he will be fecitated. But his friend and co-worker 'Preman (suraj venjaramoodu) played a trick on that he spread a false news amongst his relatives that jayaraman won the first prize Rs/-50crore of Dubai festival luck dip and the Covetous relatives competitively love him. This events leads him to dangerous circumstances including social problems.

'Kunjaliyan' story is interesting but the narration travels in tumult sequences and throughout the presenting is banal. The story and some scenes recalls the malayalam film 'Varavelppu' and hindi film 'Maalamal weekly'

Jayasurya and other characters performs ordinarily and actor Vijayaraghavan performs his character quotably.

Saji surendran badly directs this film because all scenes creates tediously and writer Krishna poojapura formed a nice story but all sequences saturated obnoxious humour dialogues and it contains forbidding background scores done by Bijipal. The only positive side is cinematography done by Anil Nair and he added some good visuals and the Music done by M.G Sreekumar is better. The sound effects is hyperechoic

Grade:  'KUNJALIYAN' is obnoxious film
Rate: 2/5
