Specially any good features haven't in 'Praise the lord' and it lost the entertainment grip from 'beginning' to the 'end'. This is a poor adaptation of Zacharia's novella. The film is released on 20/03/2014 and the responses isn't favourable.
Story
Joy (Mammootty), a wealthy planter who enjoys the life with his family and friends. One day his friend Advocate Sunny asks for a help to hide out absconding couple, Saamkutty (Ahmed Sidique) and Aannie (Akansha Puri) in Joy's House. Joy supported them and he meets some consequences.
Movie outlook
- The subject aimlessly goes with needless factors like spotless moments and plot less twists.
- The sequences created more tiring mood which makes you to go out when its 'screening'. In anyway you watch the 'first half', your expectations in the Second Half is also the same.
Acting
- Mammootty did the role 'Joy', at his best.
- The heroine characters: Reenu Mathews and Akansha Puri, they have some important spaces but nothing notable.
- Ahmed Sidique's performance is intolerable.
- Others are just OK.
Technicalities
- Director Shibu Gangadharan's debut venture fall flat. Unfortunately it is disappointing throughout.
- T.P.Devarajan's Script is boring and motiveless.
- Pradeep Nair's naturalistic visuals are only saving grace.
- Bijipal BG scores aren't suitable for the situations.
