'Praise the lord', the novella of famous literary writer Paul Zachariah's, turning into movie form as the same title. The debut Shibu Gangadharan directs this movie; starring Mammootty, Mukesh, Ahmed Sidique, Reenu Mathews, Akansha Puri etc. The movie produced by Milan Jaleel in his banner 'Galaxy Films'.

- This is Second time that Megastar Mammootty portraying another 'leading character' of Novella by Zacharia. The first was in the Movie 'Vidheyan', adaption of the Novel 'Bhaskarapattelarum Ente Jeevithavum' and Mammooty has won his Second National Award through 'Vidheyan' and 'Ponthan Mada'. He played various roles following adapted works and he recently performed as 'Majeed' in the adaption of the classic, Vaikom Muhammad Basheer's 'Balyakalasakhi'.
- Reenu Mathews is handling the heroine role of Mammootty and this is the second time she playing as the 'Wife' role of the actor after Lal Jose's 'Immanuel'.
- Ahmed Sidique, actor who famed for the role 'K.T.Mirash' in the movie Salt'n'Pepper, also playing a crucial role.
- Model cum Actress Akansha Puri is the heroine of Ahmed. This is Akansha's second film in Malayalam. She made her debut entry in 'Samrajyam-2: son of Alexander' which will be released soon.
- An ace technical crew: Pradeep Nair is the D.O.P and Xian Sreekanth is the Editor. Rafeeq Ahmed pens the lyrics and Shan Rahman composing the tunes.
