'Anjaan' - A 'Surya' Show

Surya's 'Anjaan' is usual formulaic mass film and doesn't reach the expectations. It is directed by Lingusamy and the movie has Samantha, Vidyut Jamwal, Manoj Vajpai etc. It has mixed opinions.

Story
Krishna (Surya) who finds his brother Raju (that also Surya) who is a Don in Mumbai. Raju is the companion of Chandru (Vidyut Jamwal) and Krishna knows that they are murdered by someone in their group. Then the rest leads to the crucial turns.

Movie outlook
  • A repetitious revenge genre and it just thrills at parts.
  • Drawbacks:- Predictable turns, Feel lagged and unbalanced.

Acting
  • Surya Steals the show by his roles 'Rajubhai' and 'Krishna'. Anjaan revolves around him.
  • Vidyut Jamwal is good.
  • Samantha looks pretty and sexy. Nothing much has to do in performance.
  • Manoj Vajpai is usual villain.

Technicalities
  • The direction is just engaging at parts.
  • Santhosh Sivan's visuals and the Musics & BG scores of Yuvan are remarkably positive factors of 'Anjaan'.
Doesn't keep high expectations and Watch it Only for 'Surya'.
