TEZZ - Review

Hai Viewers,
'Tezz' - Bollywood Action Thriller Film released on 27th April 2012. The film directed by Priyadarshan with featuring an All-Star Cast including Ajay Devgan, Anil Kapoor, Boman Irani, Kangana Ranaut, Sameera reddy, Zayed Khan and Malayalam Film Actor Mohanlal also appearing as a Cameo in this film. Tezz received mixed opinions as 'Good and Above Average'.

Story
Akash Rana (Ajaya Devgan) and his wife Nikita (Kangana Ranaut) who is an UK Citizen, staying in London. Before there illegal status discovered by court  and ordered to exile, thus their dreams of ideal life were shattered. After four years Akash Rana returns and teams up with his former employees Megha(Sameera Reddy) and Adil Khan(Zayed Khan) to a wreak in the town that bomb threat on train which carries the townspeople including a police officer Shivan (Mohanlal) and his cops escorting a convict. Railway Control officer Sanjay Raina (Boman Irani) and Anti-Terrorism officer Arjun Khanna(Anil Kapoor) are trying to expunge the disaster and to nab the culprits.

'Tezz'-  Story is good but it is a mixing of the Hollywood films 'Speed', 'Unstoppable' and 'Taking of Pelham 123', depicted in another Story base. The First and Second half wrapped by Taut and Galvanic, but somewhere the film drops the pace. Occasionally, the movie arrived in Some nail-biting and racy sequences. eg: The Chase Sequence of the Interval and Thrill Sequences are Well-Made.

Ajay Devgan and Anil Kapoor are the tactic elements of Tezz and they handled carefully the roles. Boman Irani, Zayed Khan and Sameera Reddy are nuclear in the plot, they gave fair performances. Specially, Sameera reddy offering good stunts in the interval. Kangana Ranaut and South Super Star Mohanlal more as a cameo in this film. According to Mohanlal, he just performing and his talent is utterly wasted by this film.

From the Director Priyadarshan, 'Tezz' is a new experience to Bollywood Spectators because previously he done mostly Block Buster comedy films. The film has mistakes and as aforementioned it keeps some scenes are racy and Priyadarshan partly fail to presenting the film. Robin Bhatt has done the script and most of the sequences influenced by the films 'Speed', 'Unstoppable' and 'Taking of Pelham 123'. The film source is more much resemblance of Jan de Bont's film 'Speed'. 'Tezz' s technical fields are soup-up the thrilling pace that in Cinematography, Editing, and Stunt Choreography. Thiru takes the Visuals are attractive and Editing of T.S.Suresh is perfect trimming. Films,'Fantastic4' and 'National Treasure: The Book of Secrets' Thrills Co-ordinator Gareth Milne did the Stunts of 'Tezz' is First-Class.
Totally, 'Tezz' includes Trickle and Race Sequences

MAYAMOHINI - Review

In Malayalam Film Industry, foremost a character done as 'Hero cum Heroine' - This attractive remark firstly achieved by Actor Dileep in his new film 'Mayamohini' which released on 07/04/2012. The film Directed by Jose Thomas and Scripted by valuable writers Udayakrishna - Sibi.K.Thomas. 'Mayamohini' is an All-Star film, Biju Menon, Baburaj, Nedumudi venu, Vijayaraghavan, Lakshmi Rai, Mythili are featuring roles. Unfortunately, the film doesn't height the hope of spectators and the film is 'Just Average and One-time watch'

Story
Balakrishnan(Biju Menon) and Advocate Lakshmi Narayanan(Baburaj) are friends. Lakshmi Narayanan encourages and supports Balu to start several Business. But Balakrishnan has astrological problems,so he could not success in any Business. The Solution for this problem is; according to astrologist's advice, Balakrishnan should marry a girl who is in 'Chothi {star}' and it will cause the Success in his life. Accidently he meets a Girl named Mayamohini(Dileep) - a 'Chothi' girl and enters in his life and the next is suspence?.

'Mayamohini'- First and Second Half intermingled by good and bad sequences, some scenes are darn for comedy which accrue the running time of  film. Despite the Second half, First is just OK.

Actor Dileep carry off the title role 'Mayamohini' by his admirable performance and his impersonation is good. Especially His; 'Sorry'; Her introduction scene is Good and keep more curious pace on viewers. More over, the film has other gripping performances done by Biju Menon and Baburaj. They worked well together and the on-screen Chemistry between them like 'Peas and Carrots'. Other castings like Nedumudi venu, Vijayaraghavan, Kalabhavan Shajon etc. are quite good and Actresses Lakshmi rai and Mythili not much quotable. The film's drawback is some characters are roped undeservedly.

Director Jose Thomas serves with fluctuated sequences of good and fluff out. According to output he just follows the Action-Comedy Script by Udayakrishna - Sibi.K.Thomas. Their Screenplay is a 'Package of Entertainment Factors', but Story is a resemblance of their previous film 'Chess'. First half side Dialogues mingled by joyous and over much Double-entendre and crammed with Jot characters of Lakshmi rai & Mythili. 'Mayamohini' has Banal technical sides- Anil nair's Cinematography, Lijo Paul's Editing and Music of Berny Ignatious. The BG Music done by Bijibal is Incompatible.
Totally, 'Mayamohini' follows the Old Formula with Frequently Good and Fluff out Contents.

Grade:     'Mayamohini' will be a Crowd puller in Summer-Vacations
Rating:    5/10

OUTSIDER - Review

Premlal, a noted director in his first film 'Aatmakadha' was well in critically and he again comes with Sreenivasan in 'Outsider' which released on 30 March 2012. 'Outsider' is a Suspense- thriller film laced with Family Drama Background and with eminent cast Pasupathy, Indrajith, Saikumar and Ganga Babu in the lead roles. But the film received with Negative reviews and response is 'Outsider failed due to Deconstruction and Boring Style'

Story
Sivankutty(Sreenivasan) a boat driver who lives with his motherless daughter Manju (Gangababu) comfortably. During his life, Sivan realizes that Manju falls in love with local yob Mukundan (Indrajith). Sivan had an ill experience in his past life by a stranger named Lawrence and he again unexpectedly enters Sivan's life and struggles him.

'Outsider' contains too thin plot, the First half is Crisp and Slow which extends the duration of the film and Second half is Sluggish and Boring. The Draw back of 'Outsider' eke with significant sequences repeatedly and the film has short film content.

'Outsider' casting are succinct and the movie rollicking in the Characters of Sreenivasan, Pasupathy, Indrajith, Saikumar and Ganga Babu. Sreenivasan, Indrajith, Saikumar and Ganga Babu are neatly performed whereas Paspathy's performance is worst and overacting.

Director Premlal makes this film like a slow - narrative style of some Hollywood movies, despite his attempt was a failure and he has also handled the script coldly. The film has plenteous good Visuals taken by Sameer haq. 'Outsider's Bg Musiq is incorrigible while music is quite good done by debut Sangeeth.
Overall, 'Outsider' integrates with repeating scenes of its Short film plot.

Grade:  'Outsider' is Sluggish and Boring
Rating:   1/5
